2(9inch) pie crust & 2 (9inch) pie plate 1 cup of butter 4 cooked mashed sweet potatoes 2 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 3 eggs beaten 1 cup evaporated milk 1 teaspoon vanilla Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl blend together butter, brown sugar, and sweet potatoes. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. In small bowl mix eggs, vanilla, and evaporated milk, then add to potato mixture., blend well. Pour into pie crusts and bake 45 minutes to 1hr. or until pies are set in the middle. Let cool. Top with whipped cream.
