Peach Cobbler

This is sure to take center stage at any 4th of July BBQ

 2 (32oz.) cans of sliced peaches
2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups flour
 1 cups sugar​​
1 cup butter melted
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
First things first, drain and rinse your peaches​​​​​. Pour melted butter into a greased 9x13 baking dish; set aside. In a large bowl sift flour, sugar, and baking powder, stir in your milk and heavy cream; mix well. Pour batter over the butter, but do not stir. Then add the peaches on top of the batter and bake for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
