Cookie dough Cheesecake

Rich and creamy
Picture
Crust
1/4cup of melted butter
1 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers

Cheesecake
16 oz. of cream cheese
3/4 cup of sugar
2 Tablespoons of flour
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 lb. of raw chocolate chip cookie dough (cut into small chunks)

Chocolate sauce
1 Tablespoon of butter
1 cup of chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F
In a medium bowl, combine the butter and graham crackers, set it aside; line a spring form pan with parchment paper, and press the graham cracker mixture into the pan then bake for 15 minutes. Cream the cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar. Now stir in the vanilla, flour, and eggs. Continue to mix until lumps are gone. The graham cracker crust should be done at the point, take it out and set it aside. Grease the side of the pan with non stick spray, and gently pour the cheesecake batter into the pan, sprinkle the chunks of cookie dough on top and let it sink. Place the cheesecake into the oven and bake for 30 minutes or set in the middle. Set it aside to cool. To make the sauce, melt the butter and then stir in the chocolate until the chips are melted (sometimes I stick it in the microwave to finish melting it) Now pour the sauce over the cheesecake. Cover the pan and chill until ready to serve.
