1/6/2018 0 Comments Mouthwatering Carrot CakeIts so rich and appetizing, not mention pairs well with a cup of coffee. 1 cup finely shredded carrots 3 eggs 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 cup canola oil 1/2 cup sour cream 3/4 cup milk pre heat oven to 350; grease 9x13 pan In a medium combine flour, baking soda, and cinnamon; set aside. in a large bowl, beat eggs, oil and milk. Add both sugars and mix well. Then gently mix in shredded carrots. Next add flour mixture one cup at a time until combined. Pour into 9x13 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until completely done in the middle. Enjoy!
