2 cups flour 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 cup of milk 1 cup of butter melted 3 eggs beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons baking powder 1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl; combine butter, milk, eggs and vanilla. Then add flour, baking powder, cocoa, both sugars, and salt. Mix together, fold in coconut. Pour into a 13x9 greased pan. and bake for 30-35 minutes or until done in the middle. Topping 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows 4 Tablespoons flour 1 Tablespoon butter 2 cups milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/3 cup of cocoa unsweetened Pour marshmallow over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven, set it aside. In a medium sauce pan combine all of the ingredients and cook over medium-high heat until it starts to thicken. Then pour over marshmallows and let cool.
