This is such a yummy and creamy dish.
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 Tablespoons flour
1/4 &3/4 cups sugar
3 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese
1 cup crushed graham cracker
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup coffee
1/2 &2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine 1 cup crushed graham crackers, 2 Tablespoon sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter. Line a 9 inch spring form pan with parchment paper, press mixture into pan and bake for 8-10 minutes; let cool. Turn oven up to 450 degrees F. Combine cream cheese, 3/4 cups sugar, sour cream, and 2 tablespoons vanilla, in a large bowl beat on medium until smooth; add flour 1 tablespoon at a time. Add eggs and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine cocoa, cinnamon, 1/4 cup sugar, coffee, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1 1/2 cups of the cream cheese mixture mix well. Spoon vanilla and chocolate mixtures into prepared crust alternately ending with dollops of chocolate on top, gently swirl. Bake for 10 minutes, then decrease temperature to 250 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and let sit in oven for additional 30 minutes. Then remove from oven, let cool then chill thoroughly.
Note: May have to adjust cook time according to oven type.
