3 bananas sliced 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/4 cup of butter 2 Tablespoons of honey Pudding 2 Tablespoons of flour 1 cup of sugar 2 Tablespoons of butter 4 egg yolks 3 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla 2 1/2 cups of milk 1/4 teaspoon of salt Crumble crushed graham crackers
Pudding In a medium pot, cook the flour, sugar, butter, egg yolks, vanilla, milk, and salt over medium heat until it starts to thicken; stirring so that it doesn't burn. Once pudding has thickened, remove from heat and pour into a baking dish, then set it aside.
Fried Bananas In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the brown sugar, butter, honey and cinnamon. Once the sugar is dissolved and butter is melted add the bananas and coat them in the mixture continue to cook until the bananas are tender. Now take the bananas off of the heat and ladle over the pudding. Top with crushed graham crackers and let cool before serving.
