6/25/2016 0 Comments Double chocolate chip cookiesThey are so rich, gooey, and moist ![]() 2 cups of flour 2 teaspoons of baking soda 1 Tablespoon of baking powder 2 cups of chocolate chips ¾ cups of brown sugar ¾ cups of unsweetened cocoa powder 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon of salt ½ cup of butter 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract Preheat the oven to350 degrees F. Cream the butter and brown sugar until smooth, add vanilla and eggs. In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix the flour mixture the wet ingredients. Once the dough is formed, fold in the chocolate chips. Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper. Form cookie dough into 1 inch balls, place onto the cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the center is set.
