Chocolate pecan sweet rolls

A sweet way to start your morning

 3 1/2 cups flour + 1-2 cups
2 teaspoons yeast
 2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup warm milk
1/4 cup warm water
                                                       1 teaspoon salt
                                                        1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl pour in water, add yeast let sit for 5 minutes. then at eggs, milk , butter, and vanilla. stir in salt and sugar. Add flour one cup at a time . Kneed dough to form a ball, use 1-2 cups of flour if needed, cover and let sit in a warm dry place 20-30minutes or until doubles in size.

                                           Filling
1 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup crushed pecans
1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
In a medium bowl combine butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate chips; set aside.
On a floured surface roll dough into a rectangle. Pour filling onto dough and spread. Fold the short end of the dough inward and then roll the dough longways until it forms a log, let rest for 5 minutes. Then, using a dough knife cut the log into little circles and place on to a greased pie plate and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown..
