If your not real big into sweet this cupcake is for you, and the frosting just gives it that right amount of oomph, sprinkles are optional.
1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa 2 1/2 cups of flour 1 Tablespoon of brewed coffee: chilled 2 teaspoons of vanilla 1/2 cup of sugar 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1/4 cup of milk 3 eggs beaten 1 Tablespoon of sour cream 1 Tablespoon baking powder 1/2 cup of butter 2 (8 oz.) cans of frosting
Preheat the oven to 350degrees F In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and sour cream. Mix in the coffee, vanilla, eggs, and milk. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Now pour the flour mixture into the wet mixture. Pour batter into cupcake liners and bake for 15 minutes or until done in the middle. Let the cupcakes cool before frosting.
