Centerpiece

I've been really getting into the fall spirit as of late.

These are the things you are going to need:
Sticks
Leaves
An acorn or two
And a hot glue gun

Picture
As you can see I've formed a square. The inside I did a row of sticks horizontal and a row vertical to give it stability.  Next you start to build up the wall.

After you have built up the walls of your centerpiece, we use the leaves to decorate the outside!

I took a mason jar with a little candle to give it an extra glow.

Autumn wreath

So I tried my hand at making a wreath, its relatively simple and great to do with the kids.

Here is what you are going to need:
Hot glue gun
A cut out of a medium to large circle
A roll of jute yarn
A cut out of a letter: optional
A basket of sticks and leaves.

Picture
The first thing you are going to do is wrap your cut outs in the yarn, not does it look cool it reinforces the structure. To make sure it stays in place you are going to want to glue from end to end.

Picture
There are a bunch of different you can arrange the sticks this is how I did mine.

And its time for the final touches.
Hot glue your letter, leaves, and I even put in an acorn. Also be sure to turn your wreath over a glue some yarn to make it easier to hang it.
