– 6 Gala apples, peeled and cored
– 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

– 1 1/2 cups honey

**Instructions:**
1. Begin by chopping the apples and adding them to a large pot along with the whole cranberries, aromatic cinnamon, nutmeg, and sweet honey. Stir the mixture thoroughly to combine the flavors.
2. Pour in the water and bring everything to a vigorous boil. Allow it to bubble for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cranberries start to burst, releasing their delicious juices.
3. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer gently for an hour, allowing all the flavors to meld together beautifully.
4. After simmering, blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth and velvety texture using a blender.
5. Finally, transfer the puree into a container with a lid and let it cool.
