In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, un sweetened cocoa. Now add the butter, milk, coffee, vanilla, sour cream, and eggs; blend until everything is incorperated. Pour into a greased bunt pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until completely done in the middle. Once done set it aside to cool. To make the topping, combine the flour, cocoa powder, butter, sugar, coffee, milk, and vanilla into a medium sauce pan and cook over medium heat until it thickens, stirring occationally. Once it thickens take it off of the heat and set it aside; Gently pop the cake out of the pan and place it onto a tray. Using a ladle pour the topping over the cake a little bit at a time, the cake will absorb most of it. Set it aside and let it cool until ready to serve.

Since I am in a mood to bake a simple cake for my family, I had the time to search for a cake recipe that I have not tried yet. Good thing because I found this Chocolate Coffee cake! I never thought that a coffee- flavored cake can work. But according to some reviews I heard, it tastes good and you will love it, especially if you are fond of drinking coffees. Well, I still have to try this, but I am setting the bar high for this Chocolate Coffee cake!
