Nothings better then coming home from a long day and relaxing with a plate of soft, chewy, chocolaty deep dish brownies
You are going to need: 3/4 cup unsifted all-purpose flour 1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup margarine or butter melted 1 1/2 cups of sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 3 eggs
Blend m butter or margarine, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Add eggs beat well with a spoon. Combine flour, cocoa, baking-powder, and salt; gradually add to egg mixture until well blended. Spread in a greased 8-inch square pan . Bake at 350 degrees F. For 40-45 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from the edges of the pan. Cool and cut into squares.
