2 cups elbow macaroni 2 1/2Tbsp Butter, divided 1 ½Tbsp all-purpose flour 1 ½ cups of milk ¼ tsp salt and pepper 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups crumbled bacon
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain; set aside In medium saucepan melt butter; add flour; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened; stir in salt and pepper. Remove pan from heat; add cheese; stir cheese until melted. Pour macaroni into casserole dish, then pour melted cheese and stir until incorporated; sprinkle with crumbled bacon and serve.
